Vidya Brands Group Acquires Seaboard Folding Box Company

Vidya Brands Group, a family-owned packaging platform based in Newington, Connecticut, has acquired Seaboard Folding Box Company, a Westminster, Massachusetts-based folding carton manufacturer, from Peninsula Capital Partners. Terms were not disclosed; Seaboard's president Michael (Mike) Mazur will remain in his role as the company pursues a growth and transformation plan.

Vision Graphics and Banner Capital Acquire Queen of Wraps

Queen of Wraps will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Vision Graphics with founders Bryan Griffith and the Griffith family remaining significant owners; the deal is intended as an add-on to the Vision Graphics platform to expand vehicle-wrap capabilities and accelerate geographic growth.
