Vidya Brands Group Acquires Dedicated Converting Group

Vidya Brands Group completed the acquisition of the business of Dedicated Converting Group (DCG) in March 2022; terms were not disclosed. The deal expands Vidya’s packaging and converting capabilities by adding DCG’s coverboard, laminating and finishing services for publishing, packaging and ready-to-assemble furniture customers across the United States.

Seegrid Corporation acquired Philadelphia-based Box Robotics to integrate the startup's 3D LiDAR, high-definition mapping, and deep learning perception capabilities into Seegrid's vision-guided vehicles. The deal aims to accelerate Seegrid's perception engineering and advance situational awareness for its autonomous material handling vehicles, improving productivity and safety for manufacturing, warehousing, and e-commerce customers.

Vidya Brands Group Acquires BriteVision from Mesmerize/Beekman Affiliate

Vidya Brands Group acquired BriteVision, the custom printed paper coffee cup sleeve division of Mesmerize Media LLC, in a divestiture completed by an affiliate of The Beekman Group. BriteVision, founded in 1999 and based in Reno, Nevada, produces custom printed cup sleeves for the disposable foodservice packaging industry and will operate within Vidya's family of packaging and converting brands to expand Vidya's product capabilities and market coverage.

Novvia Group Acquires Ocean State Packaging

CID Capital Recapitalizes Seaga Manufacturing
