Vidya Brands Group Acquires Seaboard Folding Box Company

Vidya Brands Group, a family-owned packaging platform based in Newington, Connecticut, has acquired Seaboard Folding Box Company, a Westminster, Massachusetts-based folding carton manufacturer, from Peninsula Capital Partners. Terms were not disclosed; Seaboard's president Michael (Mike) Mazur will remain in his role as the company pursues a growth and transformation plan.

LIG Nex1 Acquires 60% Stake in Ghost Robotics

South Korea’s LIG Nex1 has acquired a 60% control stake in Philadelphia-based Ghost Robotics for $240 million, valuing the company at $400 million. The strategic investment will pair LIG Nex1’s defense technology and manufacturing capabilities with Ghost Robotics’ quadrupedal unmanned ground vehicle (Q-UGV) technology to accelerate product scaling and expand defense and industrial applications.

Amadeus Acquires Vision-Box from Keensight Capital

Amadeus has agreed to acquire Vision-Box, a Portugal-based provider of biometric hardware and software for travel, border control and ID management, from Keensight Capital for an enterprise value of approximately €320 million. The deal brings biometrics hardware and end-to-end traveler orchestration software capabilities into Amadeus’s portfolio, allowing the company to extend its offering from booking through border control and boarding.

Barcoding, Inc. Acquires FRED Automation, Inc.
