South Korea’s LIG Nex1 has acquired a 60% control stake in Philadelphia-based Ghost Robotics for $240 million, valuing the company at $400 million. The strategic investment will pair LIG Nex1’s defense technology and manufacturing capabilities with Ghost Robotics’ quadrupedal unmanned ground vehicle (Q-UGV) technology to accelerate product scaling and expand defense and industrial applications.
