Blackstone's BAAM Takes Minority Stake in BC Partners

Blackstone Alternative Asset Management (BAAM), through its Strategic Capital Group, acquired a passive minority investment in international private equity firm BC Partners. The minority investment provides BC Partners with additional balance sheet capital to support expansion of its private equity business and build out new capabilities such as real estate and private credit.
