Salt Creek Capital has acquired All Metals Industries, Inc. (AMI), a Belmont, New Hampshire-based distributor of carbon, aluminum, stainless and coated sheet/coil products serving customers across the Northeast U.S. Salt Creek is partnering with AMI management (CEO Heidi Paiva and President Paul Koza) and purchased the company from owner Terry W. Robinson, intending to build AMI as a platform for future growth and expansion.

Scrap Management Industries Acquires Allmetal Recycling

Scrap Management Industries (SMI) has acquired Allmetal Recycling, adding Allmetal's network of 10 Kansas locations to SMI's regional footprint and expanding capacity across Missouri, Kansas and Oklahoma. Allmetal's owners, cousins Clint and Kolby Cornejo, will remain in leadership roles as the business continues to operate under the Allmetal name.

Generation Growth Capital Launches American Consolidated Metals with Three Regional Fabricator Acquisitions

Generation Growth Capital (GGC) launched a metal manufacturing platform called American Consolidated Metals by acquiring three regional metal fabricators: Federal Tool & Engineering (West Bend, WI), BP Metals (Isanti, MN) and Rockford Specialties (Rockford, IL). GGC intends to create a collaborative, one-stop metal fabrication platform to expand capacity, cross-sell capabilities and serve OEM customers across industrial, foodservice and consumer end markets.

Lectra to Acquire Gerber Technology

Lectra entered into a Memorandum of Understanding to acquire all capital and voting rights of US-based Gerber Technology, subject to work council consultation, merger control clearance and shareholder approval. The proposed deal envisages an upfront cash-free / debt-free payment of €175 million plus 5 million newly issued Lectra shares to AIPCF VI LG (an affiliate of American Industrial Partners), representing a total consideration of about €300 million based on Lectra's Feb 5, 2021 share price; Gerber reported €165 million of revenue in 2020.

Brown Gibbons Lang & Company served as exclusive financial advisor to Niles Iron in the transaction, which brings together two multi-generation, family-owned metals businesses to capture operational synergies across the Midwest and Northeast.
