Terms were not disclosed; Aarrowcast casts ductile, gray and austempered ductile iron components for agriculture, off-highway heavy truck, military and construction markets.

Newbury Franklin Industrials Acquires Metaltech Service Center, Inc.

Klöckner & Co, through its U.S. subsidiary Kloeckner Metals Corporation (KMC), has acquired Industrial Manufacturing Services (IMS), a Lancaster, South Carolina-based metal fabricator. IMS, which operates a single facility with about 100 employees and annual sales around USD 30 million, will expand KMC’s fabrication, welding and just-in-time warehousing capabilities across North America; financial terms were not disclosed.

Affiliates of Imperial Group, Lorentzen Investments and Ashland Capital Partners acquired Metaltec Steel Abrasive Company from Corinthian Capital Group in a transaction structured as a recapitalization. Graycliff Partners provided a subordinated debt facility and a minority equity co-investment to support the recapitalization; Fifth Third provided a senior credit facility to support the financing package.
