Vance Street Capital, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm, has acquired Eberle Design, Inc. (EDI), a provider of intersection safety products and ITS technologies. EDI will join Vance Street's traffic and pedestrian safety ITS platform alongside Polara Enterprises and Carmanah Technologies to expand the platform's intersection safety product portfolio and accelerate product innovation.
