Lee Specialties, Inc. and Nexus Energy Technologies, Inc. have merged to create NXL Technologies, a combined manufacturer of wireline and coiled tubing pressure control equipment serving the energy sector. The merger, which follows Voyager Interests’ prior investment in Lee, consolidates manufacturing and service operations across North America and the Middle East to expand global reach, product capabilities and rental/repair services.
