Beyon Cyber, part of the Bahrain-based Beyon Group, has acquired a majority stake in DTS Solution, a Dubai-headquartered cybersecurity advisory, consulting and engineering firm. The deal expands Beyon Cyber's regional footprint and broadens its portfolio of managed security, advisory and technical capabilities across the Middle East.
