AVANTech, Inc. of Columbia, South Carolina has reached a definitive agreement to combine with Diversified Technologies Services, Inc. (DTS) of Knoxville, Tennessee, with DTS becoming a division of AVANTech. The transaction integrates DTS's field services, system leasing and products with AVANTech's engineering, design and manufacturing capabilities to expand radioactive and industrial liquid treatment offerings for nuclear, utility and industrial customers worldwide.

Irys Acquires Diversified Technical Services Inc. (DTSI)

San Antonio-based tech startup Irys has acquired Diversified Technical Services Inc. (DTSI), a longtime defense contractor now operating as a DTSI business unit of Irys. The all-cash deal preserves DTSI's name, its existing defense-sector contracts and roughly 60 employees, and gives Irys immediate past performance and capabilities to expand into government and DoD contracting.

Ntiva Acquires Network Alliance, Inc.

Diversis plans to invest in product innovation and scale Infotech's offerings — which include Appia, Bid Express and AASHTOWare Project services — while Infotech's CEO Will McClave will remain in place.
