Ntiva Acquires Diverse Technology Solutions (DTS)

Ntiva, a McLean, Virginia–based managed IT services provider backed by Southfield Capital, has acquired Diverse Technology Solutions, Inc. (DTS), a cloud service provider offering hosted data, voice and business IT solutions. The acquisition expands Ntiva’s geographic coverage into New York City, Long Island and southern Florida and strengthens its managed and cloud service capabilities for SMB customers.

Irys Acquires Diversified Technical Services Inc. (DTSI)

San Antonio-based tech startup Irys has acquired Diversified Technical Services Inc. (DTSI), a longtime defense contractor now operating as a DTSI business unit of Irys. The all-cash deal preserves DTSI's name, its existing defense-sector contracts and roughly 60 employees, and gives Irys immediate past performance and capabilities to expand into government and DoD contracting.

SNC-Lavalin (Atkins) Acquires Data Transfer Solutions

SNC-Lavalin, through its Atkins subsidiary, has acquired Data Transfer Solutions, LLC (DTS), a provider of enterprise asset management and GIS-based decision-support software (VUEWorks). The acquisition gives Atkins a cloud-based EAM platform and geospatial capabilities to expand its infrastructure and asset-management service offerings to government, utilities and commercial clients.

NV5 Acquires Technical Design Services, Inc.

NV5 Global, Inc. acquired Technical Design Services, Inc. (TDSi), a Chicago-based provider of data center and technology infrastructure design and consulting services. The deal (cash and stock) expands NV5's capabilities in data center, audiovisual, security, and telecommunications design, adds recurring revenue (approximately 80% of TDSi's revenue), and strengthens NV5's relationships in the aviation and government sectors.

DIVERSANT Acquires Atrilogy Solutions Group

DIVERSANT, a Red Bank, New Jersey-based IT staffing firm, has acquired Atrilogy Solutions Group, a California-based information technology staffing services provider. The acquisition expands DIVERSANT's U.S. presence and adds Atrilogy's staff augmentation and staffing capabilities to DIVERSANT's service offerings, bringing combined revenues to over $225 million.
