Tech Data completed its acquisition of DLT Solutions, a software and cloud solutions aggregator focused on the U.S. public sector, adding public-sector contract vehicles and expertise to Tech Data's channel offerings. The deal (reported purchase price ~$205 million) makes DLT a wholly owned subsidiary and expands Tech Data's capabilities across cloud, cybersecurity, analytics and IT infrastructure for government customers.

(DTS), a cloud service provider offering hosted data, voice and business IT solutions. The acquisition expands Ntiva’s geographic coverage into New York City, Long Island and southern Florida and strengthens its managed and cloud service capabilities for SMB customers.

The transaction expands Ascend’s dedicated contract carriage business and increases its southeastern U.S. footprint and network density across the South, Mid-Atlantic and Midwest.
