Safelite Group Acquires Thompson Auto Glass

Safelite Group has acquired the auto glass assets of New Hampshire-based Thompson Auto Glass, a three-location operator with sites in Windham, New Hampshire; Brockton, Massachusetts; and Rocky Hill, Connecticut. The acquisition (closed January 5) expands Safelite’s New England footprint and gives Thompson access to Safelite’s operational systems, ADAS recalibration expertise, distribution network, and insurer/commercial relationships.
