Victoria, Australia-based Reece Group has acquired Barsco Inc., a Dallas-headquartered distributor of refrigeration and HVAC equipment with 12 locations across Texas. Financial terms were not disclosed; Founders Advisors advised Barsco on the sale and Barsco's leadership (including President David Jones) will transition under Reece's U.S. operations as part of Reece's expansion in the Sun Belt.
