Evergreen / i-Tech Support Acquires High Touch Technologies' Acumatica Practice

Evergreen (operating under Pine Services Group) has acquired the Acumatica practice of High Touch Technologies and will integrate the practice into i-Tech Support, an Evergreen portfolio company acquired in January 2024. The add-on brings approximately 40 clients and experienced Acumatica staff to i-Tech, expanding its ERP capabilities and industry coverage (notably lawn & landscaping) within Pine Services Group's ERP vertical.

Evergreen Services Group and NetGain Technologies Acquire TruTechnology

Evergreen, a San Francisco-based holding company for managed IT services and software businesses, has made a strategic investment in Alliance Solutions Group, a Sarasota-based Sage partner and reseller specializing in Sage Intacct and Sage CRE. Alliance will continue to operate independently within Evergreen’s Pine Services Group platform, with Managing Partner Mike Griffith remaining in place to help accelerate market expansion and enhance its Alliance Connects consulting-as-a-service offering.

Evergreen (Pine Services Group) Acquires Solution Systems, Inc.

ETHOSystems will operate independently within Pine Services Group, marking Pine's tenth ERP acquisition and positioning ETHOSystems to scale with access to shared resources and Evergreen's permanent-hold model.

Evergreen Services Group Invests in Tech-Keys

Evergreen Services Group has taken an investment stake in Tech-Keys, a Howell, New Jersey–based managed service provider (MSP). Tech-Keys will continue to operate independently under founder and CEO Michael Fried; the MSP reported roughly $11.7 million in 2018 revenue and about 62 employees.
