Netsmart Acquires GPM to Expand Mobile EHR and Care Coordination for LTPAC

Netsmart has acquired GPM, a North Carolina–based SaaS company providing the GEHRIMED mobile EHR and CareTeam care-coordination platform for long-term/post-acute care (LTPAC) providers. The deal integrates GPM’s capabilities into Netsmart’s CareFabric platform to improve interoperable data sharing, mobile practitioner workflows, telehealth, billing, analytics and real-time progress note delivery.
