Netsmart Acquires SimpleLTC from Briggs Healthcare

Netsmart has acquired Texas-based data analytics company SimpleLTC from Briggs Healthcare to expand its CareFabric platform with predictive analytics, reimbursement optimization and regulatory compliance capabilities for post-acute and home care providers. The acquisition adds SimpleLTC’s SimpleAnalyzer, SimpleConnect and SimplePBJ solutions to Netsmart’s suite, strengthening analytics and submission workflows for MDS and PBJ data.
