Montrose Environmental Group Acquires Frontier Analytical Laboratories

Montrose Environmental Group, Inc. (NYSE: MEG) has acquired Frontier Analytical Laboratories, an El Dorado Hills, California-based environmental laboratory specializing in high-resolution GC‑MS analysis of dioxins, furans, PCBs and other persistent organic pollutants. Frontier will be integrated into Montrose’s Measurement and Analysis segment and operate as part of Enthalpy Analytical, LLC; Frontier’s leadership team will join Montrose. Terms were not disclosed.

Evoqua Water Technologies Acquires Frontier Water Systems

Evoqua Water Technologies purchased the remaining equity of San Diego-based Frontier Water Systems, completing its acquisition after an initial majority investment in 2019. Frontier, a supplier of modular bioreactor engineered equipment for removal of selenium, nitrate and metals from industrial wastewater, will expand Evoqua’s advanced wastewater treatment capabilities; terms were not disclosed.

Avista Capital Partners Invests in eMolecules

eMolecules Acquires Synple Chem AG

The acquisition adds Synple's automation technology and a virtual compound library of more than 7 trillion tractable compounds to eMolecules' existing offering, expanding its capabilities as a one-stop shop for compound procurement, management and automation for drug discovery customers.
