Chumash Capital Investments Acquires Azimuth Technology

Chumash Capital Investments, the investment arm of the Santa Ynez Band of Chumash Indians, acquired Azimuth Technology, a Naples, Florida-based precision manufacturer of firearms components, in a transaction that closed August 31, 2020. The seller was LongueVue Capital (which had partnered with Clavis Capital Partners and management when acquiring Azimuth in 2017); the acquisition supports the tribe's economic development and expands its holdings into precision manufacturing.

Capstone Green Energy Holdings, Inc. acquired its former distributor Cal Microturbine, LLC and its exclusive distribution territory, bringing sales, aftermarket support and service for California, Hawaii, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington under a new Capstone West Territory business unit. The transaction is a self-funded strategic move to deepen customer relationships, improve operational efficiency, and expand Capstone’s direct Energy-as-a-Service and service capabilities in the U.S. western region.

Tecum Capital Leads Investment in CM Industries

Tecum Capital has made an investment in CM Industries, a Lake Zurich, Illinois-based manufacturer of welding equipment and consumable welding supplies, joining with CM Industries' senior management, Stacker Holdings, and Salem Investment Partners as co-investors. Seacoast Capital and Bochi Investments Recapitalize Superior Fruit Equipment
