Vlad Miskovic will become President as the new owners plan internal investments, capability expansion and footprint growth to support commercial and military customers worldwide; terms were not disclosed.

True Green Capital Management Acquires Majority Stake in CleanChoice Energy

Funds managed by True Green Capital Management (TGC) agreed to acquire a majority ownership stake in CleanChoice Energy and will commit an additional $100 million to develop, acquire, own, and operate CleanChoice solar projects. The deal will combine CleanChoice's retail green energy platform and customer base (about 215,000 residential customers) with TGC's solar generation capabilities across multiple U.S. competitive markets, securing long-term access to power, capacity, and RECs to support growth.

The deal strengthens Masdar’s U.S. platform—Terra‑Gen operates ~3.8 GW of wind, solar and battery storage (5.1 GWh) across ~30 sites and has a 12+ GW pipeline—supporting Masdar’s U.S. expansion and broader 100 GW global target by 2030.

Catalyze Makes Minority Investment in Microgrid Labs to Accelerate Fleet Electrification

Catalyze, a Boulder-based independent power producer, made a minority investment in and formed a strategic partnership with Microgrid Labs (MGL) to deliver turnkey fleet electrification planning, implementation, financing and operations across North America. The partnership combines Catalyze’s renewable generation, storage and charging deployment capabilities with MGL’s fleet electrification software and consulting to offer integrated fleet-as-a-service solutions to commercial, industrial and municipal customers.
