Turbopower, an MRO provider for gas turbine engines, auxiliary power units and components based in Opa-Locka, Florida, was acquired by Battle Investment Group and Capricorn Holdings in a transaction that closed on June 21, 2021. Vlad Miskovic will become President as the new owners plan internal investments, capability expansion and footprint growth to support commercial and military customers worldwide; terms were not disclosed.
