Heffernan Insurance Brokers has purchased the assets of Contractors Insurance NW (CINW) of Olympia, Washington, effective May 1, 2020, and will integrate the business into its HeffDirect division. CINW, founded in 2011, brings commercial contractor insurance expertise across Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho and Texas, strengthening Heffernan's construction niche practice; founders Abraham and Roshena Boling commented on merging with Heffernan.
