The transaction was financed with partners Trinity Investors, Slawek Family Holdings, Lightspring Capital, and Wintrust Bank; Devansoy CEO Deb Wycoff made a significant reinvestment and Dinan Capital served as Devansoy's exclusive financial advisor.
