Route 2 Capital Partners Announces Nine Investments and Receives Second SBIC License

Route 2 Capital Partners announced it completed nine investments in 2023 and received its second Small Business Investment Company (SBIC) license, bringing its assets under management to over $450 million. The firm said the new license will allow it to continue providing flexible junior capital solutions to lower middle-market companies, primarily in the southern United States, and to expand its platform investments and team in 2024.
