(EMAT), which began trading on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker EMAT on January 6, 2026. The combined company will pursue a U.S.-based, vertically integrated supply chain for rare-earth magnets and battery materials by scaling South Korea-based manufacturing assets and developing recycling, midstream processing, and advanced manufacturing capabilities.
