Harbour Group Acquires SHF, Inc.

Harbour Group has acquired SHF, Inc., a Pasadena, Texas-based distributor and manufacturer of stainless adaptors, fluid power fittings, instrumentation fittings, and valves, in an asset transaction announced Feb. 6, 2020. Terms were not disclosed; SHF founder Michael Chapman will remain as president. Harbour Group said it will use its operational expertise to accelerate SHF's growth in current and new markets.

Spectrum Brands Pet, LLC Acquires Omega Sea LLC (Omega One)

Spectrum Brands Pet, LLC, an indirect subsidiary of Spectrum Brands Holdings, Inc., acquired substantially all of the assets of Omega Sea LLC, the maker of the Omega One aquatics nutrition brand. The acquisition adds Omega Sea's aquatics nutrition and care products to Spectrum Brands Global Pet Care portfolio to expand its aquarium product offerings and retailer relationships while maintaining current operations.

AHF Products Acquires Certain Assets of American OEM (Cumberland Products Group, LLC)

AHF Products has acquired certain assets of American OEM, the trade name of Cumberland Products Group, LLC, adding the Raintree, Hearthwood and Emily Morrow Home hardwood flooring brands and an engineered hardwood manufacturing facility in Only, Tennessee. AHF — a PE-backed flooring platform — said the acquisition will expand its product capabilities, reduce lead times, and deepen relationships with American OEM’s distributor and retail customers.

Arcline Investment Management Acquires Ohmega Technologies
