The deal is intended to expand Sunvair’s accessories and component capabilities and strengthen its position as a full-spectrum maintenance, repair, and overhaul provider for commercial and cargo operators worldwide.

FL Technics Acquires Wright International

STS Aviation Group acquired Airbase Services, Inc., an aircraft interiors maintenance, repair and management specialist based in Montreal, Quebec. The acquisition gives STS immediate entry into the Canadian MRO market through Airbase’s four Transport Canada–approved facilities (YUL, YYZ, YWG, YVR); terms were not disclosed and Airbase’s acting president Lena Watters will remain on as President.
