ECP (Energy Capital Partners) Acquires Pivot Energy

ECP (Energy Capital Partners) has acquired Pivot Energy, a national commercial and community solar developer, in a transaction that closed on June 1, 2021. The deal gives Pivot increased access to capital to accelerate project development, expand product offerings, and transition toward aggregating and managing recurring, cash-flowing solar and storage assets.
