Flex agreed to acquire EPC Power Corp. for $4.4 billion, adding power-conversion technology for AI data centers, energy storage, microgrids and grid applications to Flex's Cloud and Power Infrastructure business. Flex announced that it completed the acquisition on October 14, 2026.
