Loomis AB to Acquire Kipfer-Logistik GmbH

Loomis AB, through its subsidiary Loomis International Corporate AG, has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of Kipfer-Logistik GmbH. Kipfer-Logistik is a Switzerland-based provider of temperature-controlled transport and storage for pharmaceutical and healthcare customers, and the deal is expected to close on September 1, 2025 subject to conditions.

Egis Merges with Lochner to Expand U.S. Footprint

TFI International Acquires Hercules Forwarding

TFI International has acquired Hercules Forwarding, a family-owned Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) carrier that operates a 31-terminal network across the U.S. and Canada. International Logistics Group (ILG) Acquires Global Freight Solutions (GFS) from Phoenix Equity Partners

EFL Global Acquires Trans American Customhouse Brokers, Inc.
