Loomis AB to Acquire Kipfer-Logistik GmbH

Loomis AB, through its subsidiary Loomis International Corporate AG, has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of Kipfer-Logistik GmbH. Kipfer-Logistik is a Switzerland-based provider of temperature-controlled transport and storage for pharmaceutical and healthcare customers, and the deal is expected to close on September 1, 2025 subject to conditions.
