Egis Acquires RockSol Consulting Group

Egis has acquired RockSol Consulting Group, a Thornton, Colorado-based transportation infrastructure engineering firm with more than 240 employees. The acquisition expands Egis' presence across the Mountain States and Western U.S., adding RockSol's capabilities in engineering, planning, environmental compliance, design, construction management, inspection, and materials testing for municipal, state, and federal clients.
