Element Materials Technology Acquires Analytical Lab Group from Thompson Street Capital Partners

Element Materials Technology has acquired Analytical Lab Group (ALG), a U.S.-based provider of microbiology, virology and antimicrobial testing services, from Thompson Street Capital Partners. The deal strengthens Element's Life & Health Sciences capabilities and North American footprint; the transaction was funded from Element resources alongside new investments from Element and ALG management, Bridgepoint and Temasek.
