Myonex Acquires Hubertus Clinical Trial and Wholesale Drug Business in Berlin

Myonex entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the clinical trial and wholesale drug business of Hubertus Apotheke am Salzufer in Berlin, Germany. The transaction was completed, with the acquired operation rebranded as Myonex GmbH and positioned to strengthen Myonex’s packaging and sourcing capabilities across the European Union, including support for decentralized clinical trials.

Title21 Health Solutions Acquires MyCellHub

Title21 Health Solutions, an ArchiMed portfolio company, has acquired Belgium-based MyCellHub to integrate a cloud-based Manufacturing Execution System (MES) into its life-sciences quality management and orchestration platform. The add-on expands Title21's end-to-end offering for cell and gene therapy manufacturing, strengthens compliance and real-time production monitoring capabilities, and extends the company's geographic reach into Europe. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Smile Doctors Acquires myOrthos
