Fairfax Software), developer of the Quick Modules platform and related intelligent document processing and financial transaction products. Fairfax will operate as an independent business within Embrace’s portfolio and serves as Embrace’s GovTech platform acquisition, enabling further expansion into state, local, and federal government software.
