Embrace Steel Group Acquires Shufflebottom Ltd with Financing from Beechbrook Capital

Embrace Steel Group has acquired Shufflebottom Ltd, a South Wales-based manufacturer of steel-framed industrial, commercial and agricultural buildings, as part of its buy-and-build consolidation strategy. The acquisition was supported by acquisition financing from Beechbrook Capital (from its UK SME Credit III fund), which will help Embrace expand market presence and capabilities across the UK structural steel sector.
