Emko Capital, a family-run lower middle market private equity firm, has acquired a family-owned confidential defense aerospace parts manufacturer that has been in business for over 40 years and is a Tier 1 supplier to large aerospace & defense OEMs. Emko said it will retain staff, continue serving military customers, and pursue organic growth and bolt-on acquisitions to grow the business.
