Encore Consumer Capital, a San Francisco-based private equity firm, completed an investment in Tourtellot & Co., Inc., a Warwick, Rhode Island-based fresh produce distributor. Encore said it will partner with the Sigal family and Tourtellot management to support the company's next phase of growth and strengthen its position serving retail grocery customers across the New York–Boston corridor.
