Evolution AB Acquires Galaxy Gaming for Approximately $85M

Evolution AB (publ), via its subsidiary Evolution Malta Holding Limited, agreed to acquire Galaxy Gaming, Inc. for approximately $85 million in cash, valuing the company at about $124 million including net debt. The deal strengthens Evolution's US presence and content portfolio by adding Galaxy's proprietary table games and technology; Galaxy's management and employees will be retained and the transaction is expected to close in mid-2025 subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.

Endava Acquires Lexicon Digital (Australia)

Endava has acquired Lexicon Digital Pty Ltd and Lexicon Consolidated Holdings Pty Ltd, a Melbourne-headquartered technology consulting, design and engineering firm with ~127 billable staff and offices in Melbourne, Sydney and Vietnam. The acquisition strengthens Endava's presence in Australia and provides a nearshore delivery location in Vietnam, adding talent and enterprise clients (notably in insurance and wealth management) to Endava's regional capabilities.

Avantax Acquires GA Investment Management

Avantax has acquired Pennsylvania-based GA Investment Management, onboarding $400 million of GA client assets to its platform and converting 10 GA employees to Avantax W-2 employees. The GA partners selected Avantax as part of a succession plan because of aligned tax-focused planning, in-house asset management, eMoney compatibility, and access to Avantax's network for future advisor growth.
