Energy Distribution Partners Acquires Campora Propane

Energy Distribution Partners (EDP), a Chicago-based propane and midstream energy platform, has acquired Campora Propane, a 75-year-old propane supplier headquartered in Stockton, California. The acquisition adds Campora’s 10 retail locations and nearly 35,000 customers across central and northern California and Nevada to EDP’s national footprint; all Campora employees will join EDP and the business will continue operating under its existing management.
