Energy Plug Technologies Corp. has completed its acquisition of True North Battery Energy Storage Corp., adding battery energy storage and EV charging capabilities to its portfolio. The deal includes a Letter-of-Cooperation for distribution with Taiwan-based C-LiFE Technologies and positions Energy Plug to expand battery energy storage product distribution across North and South America.
