White Mountains Partners’ portfolio company, Enterprise Solutions, acquired Hawkeye Electric, a Chandler, Arizona-based commercial and institutional electrical contractor. The deal expands Enterprise Solutions’ presence into Arizona and is intended to preserve Hawkeye’s employee-owner culture, with Hawkeye leadership remaining in place post-closing.
