Enverus Acquires RS Energy Group

Enverus, a Genstar Capital–backed energy SaaS and data analytics company, has acquired RS Energy Group (RSEG) to combine advanced analytics, machine learning and technology offerings for the energy industry. The deal brings RSEG’s roughly 300+ employees and domain analytics capabilities into Enverus to accelerate product innovation and deliver integrated workflows across upstream, midstream and oilfield services customers.
