Environmental Containment Corporation (ECC) has acquired Marks Metal Technology, a family-owned metal fabricator and precast concrete forming business based in Clackamas, Oregon. The acquisition brings Marks Metal Technology into ECC’s platform to expand manufacturing and precast/forming capabilities for the stormwater containment market while retaining the company’s staff and Clackamas operations.
