Glenview, Illinois-based Envoy Solutions has agreed to acquire Tampa, Florida-based Janitor's Closet, a regional distributor of janitorial supplies and disaster-restoration equipment. The deal expands Envoy Solutions' footprint in Florida (Tampa and Orlando) and strengthens its national Jan-San distribution platform.
