Eastwood Homes announced the acquisition of Peachtree Building Group, expanding its presence further into the metro Atlanta housing market. Eastwood said much of Peachtree Building Group’s operations will remain in place to support continuity for employees, trade partners, and customers during the transition.

E.P. Gerber & Sons Acquires Solid Dimensions

E.P. Gerber & Sons has acquired Solid Dimensions, a Norwalk, Ohio-based maker of USA-made wooden promotional products. Solid Dimensions' co-founder Tim Parcher will remain as general manager during the transition and plans to retire after a leadership team is established; financial terms were not disclosed.

MSouth Equity Partners Acquires Engineered Products, LLC

MSouth Equity Partners, an Atlanta-based private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Engineered Products (EP), a Greenville, South Carolina-based designer, manufacturer and installer of structural storage and racking solutions that support Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS). MSouth will partner with EP's management team, led by CEO Tommy Sinclair, to support continued growth and investment in infrastructure to capitalize on automation trends in warehousing and distribution.

One Equity Partners Acquires USNR and Wood Fiber Group and Merges Them

One Equity Partners (OEP) completed the acquisitions of USNR and Wood Fiber Group and merged the two businesses to create an integrated supplier of wood processing equipment, automation systems, and aftermarket parts and consumables. The combined company is projected to have 2021 revenues greater than $500 million and will capitalize on complementary product lines, expanded technical capacity, and a broad installed base across global wood-processing markets.

Wealth Enhancement Group Acquires Oakwood Capital Management

Oakwood (14 employees, five advisors) will operate as the Oakwood Team at Wealth Enhancement Group, with founder Bruce Mandel serving as Managing Director; the deal closed June 30, 2021 and financial terms were not disclosed.

Miller Environmental Group Acquires Environmental Products & Services of Vermont

GenNx360 Capital Partners-backed Miller Environmental Group Inc. (MEG) has acquired Environmental Products & Services of Vermont, Inc. (EP&S), expanding MEG's footprint along the U.S. East Coast. The deal closed December 27, 2019; terms were not disclosed, and the combined business will operate more than 25 locations with over 350 employees to enhance MEG's emergency response and remediation capabilities and geographic reach.
