EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants has acquired Phillips Bros. Insurance Agency, a fifth-generation, Chicago-based multi-line insurance firm focused on private client and commercial property & casualty solutions. The deal expands EPIC's Midwest and Chicago presence and strengthens its private client and commercial practices by adding the Phillips Bros. team and their local capabilities to EPIC's national platform.
