Epicor Acquires JMO Business Systems

Epicor Software Corporation has acquired JMO Business Systems Ltd., the developer of the indago warehouse management system (WMS) and related enterprise mobility solutions for automotive aftermarket and OE parts distributors. Financial terms were not disclosed; the deal expands Epicor's automotive product portfolio and strengthens its inventory, warehouse and mobility capabilities for parts distribution customers across North America.
