Epiq has acquired Hyperion Global Partners, a business and technology advisory practice focused on legal operations and transformation, including its analyst unit Hyperion Research. The deal expands Epiq's legal transformation services and brings Hyperion's founder and CEO, Eyal Iffergan, into Epiq as Managing Director of its new legal operations advisory business.
